OUR DIVERSITY DIFFERENCE
For us, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) is not a trend, it’s the cornerstone of our success. It’s how we provide our clients with the best talent available, and our candidates with the opportunities to excel their careers.
Building diverse talent pipelines
We are changing the face of tech by building our own diverse tech talent pools, to fill the global digital skills and diversity talent gap. Through our diversity-first tech training and talent provider _nology, we invest in tech training and securing employment for talented individuals from underrepresented and non-traditional backgrounds, helping them kick-start their careers as a Software Engineer.
Delivering diverse candidates
We work with our clients to ensure an inclusive recruitment process from advertisement to offer. This includes making sure job descriptions, person specifications and the places we advertise will encourage capable applicants from the broadest range of backgrounds, as well as advising on inclusive interview practices and on-boarding processes.
Developing inclusive workspaces
As trusted talent partners, we are able to support and advise our clients at all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. This includes helping organisations drive their own DEI and Talent objectives through their EVP, in-house HR and talent acquisition policies and procedures, and workplace culture.
Celebrating our differences
DE&I is as important to our internal people strategy as it is in the delivery of our client and candidate solutions. We are proud to have a diverse workforce and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive, has a voice and feels empowered to bring their whole self to work.
Changing the face of tech
As a sector, energy continues to face significant diversity gaps, particularly as it undergoes rapid digital transformation. The energy industry is competing for tech‑enabled skills from data analytics to automation to grid‑scale digital innovation yet the talent pipeline is not growing fast enough or diversifying at the pace needed.
We set out to proactively address the lack of diversity and representation within energy’s expanding tech landscape, and to support organisations in building a future‑ready, inclusive workforce.
We partner with our sister company, _nology, to assist companies in developing diverse, highly qualified tech talent through their Pathway‑To‑Tech programmes creating accessible routes into digital roles and equipping organisations with the skills they need to accelerate the energy transition.
