We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and storing incoming products, as well as picking and packing orders for dispatch. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring that all items are stored in their designated locations. Attention to detail is essential, as you will need to verify that products meet quality standards before they are shipped. Additionally, you will be operating warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, so a commitment to safety protocols is a must.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred, along with a basic understanding of inventory management systems. You should be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items, as well as comfortable standing for extended periods.
