We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Labour (MEP) Procurement Lead to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement processes related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) labour resources for various projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all procurement activities align with project timelines and budget constraints. Your expertise in negotiating contracts and sourcing quality labour will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
