We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD/BIM Modeller (M&E) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality 3D models for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Your primary duties will include creating detailed designs, conducting clash detection, and collaborating with engineers and project managers to resolve any design issues that may arise. You will also be tasked with producing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to support the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and possess advanced proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the M&E sector is essential. You should have a solid understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, alongside a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are also critical, as you will liaise with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
