Customer Support Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and solutions in our helpdesk system, contributing to our knowledge base for future reference.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with customers of varying technical expertise. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple support tickets simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. A background in customer service, along with experience in a technical support role, is preferred. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
